Hey Spoonies! I'm Paris, and I’m here to prove that living with a chronic illness like POTS doesn’t mean you can’t be chronically fit! I’m a personal trainer with a lot of heart, a sprinkle of humor, and a personal understanding of what it’s like to juggle chronic health with fitness goals. After all, I don’t just train others—I’m living this journey, too!
